Money Transfer Provider of the Year – Record-Breaking 7th Win

We’re delighted to announce that TorFX made history at the 2022 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards by taking the title of International Money Transfer Provider of the Year for a seventh consecutive year.
As that category was first added to the Moneyfacts awards in 2016 it means that no other provider has ever taken home the trophy.
We also achieved the unprecedented feat of winning the overall Best Customer Service Award for a sixth time, beating more than 100 other companies across 30 categories, including Monzo, First Direct, Nationwide and Lloyds Bank.
Our Managing Director Nigel Fox said of our double win: ‘At TorFX our mission has always been to provide our customers with a service they’d want to recommend to others. Winning the International Money Transfer Provider of the Year award for a seventh time is proof that, thanks to the hard work of an incredible team, we’re succeeding in that mission. Winning the overall award for Best Customer Service after such a challenging couple of years is the icing on the cake and we couldn’t be more proud to retain both accolades.’
