Fourth Win at the Consumer Moneyfacts Awards

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been voted International Money Transfer Provider of the Year at the Consumer Moneyfacts Awards for a fourth year in a row.
The Consumer Moneyfacts Awards celebrate the best products available in the financial services industry and were held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on 23rd January.
This year we came out on top against nine other leading currency transfer providers to win the title.
If that wasn’t exciting enough, we also won the overall trophy for Best Customer Service – beating more than 100 companies across 24 categories, including Virgin Money, First Direct, MBNA, John Lewis, LV and Asda!
We’re so proud to have won the Best Customer Service award three times (in 2016, 2017 and 2019) a distinction only achieved by one other company in the history of the awards.
Award winners are chosen on the basis of direct customer feedback (collated through 180,000+ survey responses) and an independent assessment of the providers’ key benefits, so we’d like to extend a massive thank you to all of our customers.
None of our award wins would be possible without your support and we’re incredibly grateful that so many of you took the time to fill out the Moneyfacts survey.
