Meet the team – Tracy Moore

Tracy is our Chief Operating Officer and has worked for TorFX since 2005.
Hey Tracy, what did you do before joining TorFX?
I was Sales Director for a manufacturing company for almost twenty years before moving into the Financial Services sector.
What are the main aspects of your role?
My position involves ensuring the smooth running of the operations side of the business and making sure our staff are happy.
We have over 100 staff in our Penzance office, spread over three floors, so there are a lot of people to look after!
What’s your favourite thing about working for TorFX?
The people are my favourite thing. We have a good family atmosphere within the business. It’s great to work with such a lovely and enthusiastic team!
What part of working for TorFX do you find most rewarding?
The growth and success we have achieved over the last 16 years is something I find really rewarding.
What motivates you?
Giving a good customer service, which in turn enables us to win awards such as “International Money Transfer Provider of the Year” for 5 consecutive years.
What do you enjoy in your spare time?
Walking the dog on the beach, it makes me realise how lucky I am to live so close to the sea.
